Midwest Summer Camps.

Five camps and 10 days later we bring you up to date with our highly informative trip to the Midwest.

We have pictures from our camps in Milwaukee (where we met up with our friends the UW Milwaukee Lady Panthers), Madison and Chicago plus pictures from our day out at the Churchill Cup Finals in Toyota Park, Chicago.

FRU Awards.

One month on from the FRU Awards and after traveling three thousand eight hundred and sixty seven miles, The FRU finally catch up with UWM Lady Panther Team Player of the Year Brittany Biedenbender. But it wasn't all plain sailing!

Pre Season Friendlies.

Ulster's next home match will be against English powerhouses Bath on Friday 15th August (KO 19:30). This will see the return of Justin Harrison to his spiritual home of Ravenhill.

Mark McCall Ulster can feel happy with their draw landing Stade, Llanelli and Harlequins.

It's a bit more difficult for Mark McCall's Castres who ended up with Wasps, Leinster and Edinburgh.
